Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Applicable to all purchases made after 08:00 on 1st January 2025

For: Mamma Mia Station & Saturday Fever Night Station Dinner Shows
1. General Information
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases made for the dinner shows Mamma Mia Station and Saturday Fever Night Station, held at Restaurante Estação Menina Bonita in Marvila, Lisbon.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before finalising your purchase.
1.3 Tickets grant access to the venue, the selected dinner show, and the corresponding dining experience.
1.4 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in these terms.
1.5 The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to the advertised programme, menus, cast, show duration, or seating without refund or liability. 1.6 The appearance of specific performers or musical numbers is not guaranteed.
2. Booking and Ticketing
2.1 Bookings are made per guest, not per table. Tables may be shared with other guests.
2.2 All bookings must be completed through our website: www.estacaomeninabonita.pt
2.3 After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and digital ticket. It is your responsibility to ensure receipt. Check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
2.4 All guests must present their ticket digitally at the entrance.
2.5 Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by a responsible adult. Alcohol is only served to guests over 18.
2.6 We reserve the right to refuse admission without refund in cases of inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or breach of these terms.
3. Seating and Table Assignments
3.1 Our venue offers three seating categories:
* VIP: Private room for up to 16 people with smart-glass privacy.
* Premium: Central tables near the main action.
* Station: Outer tables with broader views of the show.
3.2 Table allocation is made based on your ticket category and is final. We do not allow changes on arrival.
3.3 Due to the immersive nature of our shows, performances occur throughout the room. Guests may need to turn or adjust position to view different parts of the performance.
3.4 Some tables may have partially restricted views due to structural elements or set pieces. These are priced accordingly.
4. Dining and Allergies
4.1 Each ticket includes a four-course set menu. Courses are:
* Shared couvert.
* Individually plated starter, main, and dessert
4.2 All food is freshly prepared and served to your table by our staff.
4.3 We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, gluten, and dairy.
4.4 If you have any dietary restrictions or severe allergies, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your show by emailing events@estacaomb.pt. Late requests may not be accommodated.
5. Show Duration and Arrival
5.1 Each dinner show lasts approximately 2:30** hours**, including dining and performance.
5.2 Doors open at 7:45 PM for evening shows. Matinee times vary.
5.3 Please arrive on time. Late comers may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the show.
6. Gift Vouchers
6.1 Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used for ticket purchases only. They are non-refundable and must be redeemed online.
6.2 Vouchers cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Only one voucher per transaction.
6.3 Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Filming and Photography
7.1 Some performances may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to the use of your image.
7.2 Guests may take short videos or photos at appropriate moments but must not use flash, tripods, or professional equipment.
7.3 The use of selfie sticks, lighting rings, or stabilisers is prohibited.
8. Behaviour and Conduct
8.1 The following is prohibited in The Venue:
8.1.1 Intoxicated, disruptive, hostile, threatening, abusive or violent behaviour towards The Venue staff, audience members, or performers. Guests displaying behaviour deemed to be intoxicated, disruptive, hostile, threatening, abusive or violent will be ejected from The Venue. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8.1.2 Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes.
8.1.3 The removal of any food or drink products from the premises.
8.1.4 Bringing food and drink purchased elsewhere into The Venue, including birthday cakes.
8.1.5 Bringing table decorations into The Venue, including candles.
8.1.6 Any activity which constitutes a breach of COVID rules.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any guest who, in its opinion, appears to be intoxicated or likely to become intoxicated.
8.3 Customers must comply with reasonable instructions and directions given by The Venue management and front-of-house staff. Failure to do so may lead to a request for you to leave The Venue.
8.4 If you partake in any of the prohibited conduct listed above or if, in our reasonable opinion, your conduct poses a risk to the safety of the audience and/or you, affects the enjoyment of the audience, or impacts the running of the performance, we can request that you leave The Venue. We will take appropriate action to enforce such right without refund.
8.5 The lead booker is responsible for any costs in relation to unpaid bar bills.
9. Liability and Venue Conditions
9.1 We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
9.2 Children under 5 are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
9.3 We reserve the right to adjust show content, menu, or schedule as needed.
9.4 Kids Tickets only can be bought for kids under 12 Years Old.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
10.2 These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
10.3 The Company does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property or for any liability (to the fullest extent permitted by law).
10.4 Except for assistance dogs, animals are not permitted inside The Venue.
10.5 The Venue will make all reasonable efforts to forewarn customers if stroboscopic lighting may be used in the performance. Customers with known medical conditions who may be susceptible to such lighting effects are advised to seek further advice prior to their visit.
10.6 Pursuant to sections 3 and 4 above, all comments or complaints regarding the view from a seat, food and beverages, or service should be made promptly to a member of The Venue management before or during the performance to allow us to address any issues you may have.
10.7 Any party that has seen the show to the end of Act Three shall not be entitled to a refund of the part of the admission fee that does not cover the food, and any refund shall be in the sole discretion of the Company.
10.8 The Company reserves the right to vary the terms of this Admissions Policy for specific events. Any such variations will be notified to customers prior to or on arrival at The Venue.
11. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
11.1 After purchasing their tickets, guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the show.
11.2 For rescheduling requests made between 7 and 5 days prior to the event, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply.
11.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the show are non-refundable under any circumstances.
