We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or
is harmful to other users or the operation of the site.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
10. Alcohol Purchases
If you want to buy any alcohol at our bar, we have a Challenge 25 policy.
This means you may be asked for proof of age and will need to show one of the following:
* Proof of age cards bearing the “Pass” hologram symbol
* UK Photo Driving license
* Passport
Please note that only drinks bought at the Menina Bonita Bar can be bought on site.
11. Allergens
As allergens are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee dishes are 100% allergen-free and there may be traces of tree nuts and sesame
present. We, therefore, advise guests with severe allergies to assess their own level of risk before consuming items from our menu.
Where possible, we will cater to individual dietary requirements but must be informed at least 48hrs prior to attendance.
When you arrive, ensure you mention your requirements to our staff who should already be aware.
Please inform us if you have any severe allergies or if there are any specific ingredients you are unable to consume.

You must inform us of dietary requirements at least 48hrs in advance of arrival.

12. Ticket Types
Estação Menina Bonita presents two unique dinner shows experiences in Lisbon’s at the most technological restaurant in Europe.
We have thw dinner Shows: Mamma Mia Station (Fridays) and Saturday Fever Night Station (Saturdays).
Each show blends immersive live entertainment, dining, drinking and dancing for an unforgettable night out.
Seated around our central stage area, guests are fully immersed in the performance — the Portuguese love story of Ana e Manel unfolds
around you, above you, and even between tables.
No two seats experience the same perspective, making each night unique.
Each ticket includes:
* A welcome drink upon arrival (Premium and VIP Tickets)
* A Couvert.
* A Entrance.
* A delicious Main-Course meal, specially curated for each show.
* Full access to the live show (either Mamma Mia Station or Saturday Fever Night Station)
* Entrance to our after-show party, where you can dance the night away

13. Ticket Pricing: June 13 – June 30, 2025 (In July the prices will be changed)
Ticket prices may vary depending on demand, date, and availability.
The price displayed at the time of booking is subject to change, so we recommend securing your tickets early for the best rates.

Prices quoted per person, not per table.
All transactions are subject to an order processing fee of 10% per transaction and a booking fee per ticket.

Why do you charge a booking fee and an order processing fee?
We charge a booking fee and order processing fee to cover the various costs involved in managing your experience. The booking fee helps cover the operational
expenses related to securing your place at Mamma Mia! The Party, including maintaining our booking platform. The order processing fee covers administrative tasks,
especially since this is a ticketless event. Many elements of your booking, such as seating arrangements and dietary requirements, are manually handled to ensure a
personalized and seamless experience.
14. Running Time & Arrival Information
Our dinner shows are much more than a typical theatre performance — they’re full immersive parties! To enjoy the full experience, please
arrive on time and prepare to relax, dine, and dance the night away.
* The full experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, though the party often continues afterward — so don’t forget your dancing shoes!
* Doors open at 7:45 PM for evening performances, and at 3:00 PM for matinee shows.
* Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed and shown to your table. Premium and VIP guests will receive a welcome drink and starter during the first
hour, while the atmosphere builds before the show kicks off.
15. Ticket Delivery & Check-In
Once your booking is confirmed, your ticket will be sent by email.
Please present your digital ticket on your phone or email upon arrival — no need to print. A member of our team will greet you and guide you
to your assigned table.

18. How Are Guests Seated?
At Estação Menina Bonita, our dinner shows work just like a restaurant — upon arrival, simply give your name to our host and you’ll be shown
to your pre-assigned table. Please note that seating arrangements are allocated in advance and cannot be changed on the day of the event.
We offer three types of ticket experiences:
* VIP Tickets – Enjoy an exclusive private room for up to 16 guests, equipped with smart glass that can switch between transparent and
opaque for privacy whenever desired.
* Premium Tickets – Central tables positioned closest to the action, offering the most immersive view of the show.
* Station Tickets – Tables located on the outer areas of the venue with a broader view of the overall atmosphere.
Estação Menina Bonita is a vibrant and social environment. Depending on your group size, you may share your table with other guests, creat–
ing a lively communal dining experience.
Your evening begins with a shared couvert, followed by a personalized service of your starter, main course, and dessert, all beautifully plated
and served individually by our attentive team.
All food is freshly prepared and delivered to your table by our fantastic waiting staff, ensuring a high-quality and seamless dining experience
from start to finish.
19. What’s the View from My Seat?
At Estação Menina Bonita, our dinner shows — Mamma Mia Station and Saturday Fever Night Station — are fully immersive experiences
where the action unfolds all around the venue.
There is no traditional stage. Instead, performances take place across multiple areas — beside you, behind you, above you — making every
seat part of the story. At times, you may need to turn in your seat to follow the action.
Each table offers a unique perspective, and no two views are exactly the same. That’s part of the magic.
Please note:
Some tables located on the outer edges of the main hall may have pillars that partially obstruct the view, requiring guests to adjust their posi–
tion to see the show more clearly. Not all seats face the stage directly, and — just like in a restaurant — guests may need to move slightly to
fully enjoy certain moments of the performance.
We’ve designed the experience to be dynamic and surprising — wherever you’re seated, you’ll be part of something unforgettable.
20. What’s on the Food & Drink Menu?
An excellent question — because at Estação Menina Bonita, the food and drink are as much a part of the show as the music and dance!
We serve a set four-course menu, freshly prepared and delivered to your table by our wonderful waiting staff. We also offer a wide selection
of drinks, including handcrafted cocktails, which can be ordered directly through your server.

1. Kids’ Menu – (Children aged 12 and under)
* Includes: Couvert, spaghetti bolognese, and dessert
* Unlimited drinks: soft drinks and water
2. Mamma Mia Station Ticket
* Includes: Couvert, starter, main course (codfish gratin or pork knuckle), and dessert
* Unlimited drinks: red/white/rosé wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and coffee
3. Station Premium Menu Ticket
* Includes: Couvert, starter, main course (shredded codfish or boeuf bourguignon), and dessert
* Unlimited drinks throughout the night: welcome drink, our signature Mamma Mia Cocktail, red/white/rosé wine, beer, soft drinks, Bandida do
Pomar cider, water, and coffee
* Premium seating in a central, privileged area close to the heart of the performance
4. VIP Experience
* Includes: Couvert, starter, main course (choice of codfish, risotto or beef), and dessert
* Unlimited drinks: red/white/rosé wine, beer, soft drinks, water, and coffee
* Access to a private VIP room for up to 16 guests, featuring smart glass for full privacy and an elevated viewing experience

21. Cancelation
After purchasing your ticket, any cancellation or rescheduling will incur an Order Administration Fee (OAF) of 10% if requested within 120
hours (5 days).
After this period, the ticket may only be rescheduled if the request is made within 96 hours (4 days) before the event.
Once this deadline has passed, your ticket cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or exchanged for drinks, merchandise, or any other item from
the restaurant.
